Our new wick tabbing machine is smart. It is with state-of-art PLC and invertor. This machine is the first fool-proof wick tabbing machine. Now the operator can simply the wick length value and sit back to let the machine do the rest. With the old-version machines, the operator has to repeatedly adjust the swing arm of the machine and test cut the wicks to get the desired wick length. It takes a lot of patience and experience. The length error is only 0.**0.3 mm, when the wick length is **0 mm or shorter. With this new machine, there is no limit to wick length. Please contact us for details.
